What is the PIX confirmation time?

PIX payments are usually confirmed within 30 seconds. In rare cases, it may take up to 1 business hour. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be processed for shipment.
Can I pay installments with a bank slip?

No, bank slip is a one-time payment. However, we offer a 5% discount for bank slip payments. For installments, use a credit card up to 12x.
My card was declined, what should I do?

First, contact your card issuer to check for blocks or available limit. If the problem persists, try another card or payment method. If you believe there was an error, contact us via WhatsApp at (61) 9.9883-6462.
Can I change the payment method after completing the purchase?

It is not possible to change the payment method after checkout. You will need to cancel the order and make a new purchase using the desired payment method. For unpaid bank slips, cancellation is automatic after 3 days.
Do you offer a discount for upfront payment?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount for upfront payments via PIX or bank slip. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you select one of these payment methods.
